The property has a plot area of 110 580 sqm and is an undeveloped sea property (Sw: sjöfastighet) with approximately 500 meters of shoreline to the west. Hunting and fishing rights. The area is not covered by a detailed plan (Sw: detaljplan), and outside of areas with a detailed plan there is no general building right, which is why it may be appropriate to apply for a prior notice when building. The tax assessment value is SEK 52 000 (tax year 2020).

The property Haninge Gränö 1:111

The property has a plot area of 3 386 sqm and is an undeveloped mountain and nature plot with beautiful archipelago nature and glimpses of the sea. The area is not covered by a detailed plan (Sw: detaljplan), and outside of areas with a detailed plan there is no general building right, which is why it may be appropriate to apply for a prior notice when building. The tax assessment value is SEK 1 242 000 (tax year 2021).

The property Haninge Gränö 1:118

The property has a plot area of 6 865 sqm and is an undeveloped mountain and nature plot with beautiful archipelago nature and glimpses of the sea. The area is not covered by a detailed plan (Sw: detaljplan), and outside of areas with a detailed plan there is no general building right, which is why it may be appropriate to apply for a prior notice when building. The tax assessment value is SEK 1 207 000 (tax year 2021).

The properties can be acquired separately or together.

The public auction for all three properties will take place on Friday 26 May 2023 at 14:00 at the premises of Grey Advokatbyrå at Birger Jarlsgatan 14 in Stockholm. The trustee for the property is lawyer Philip Asmar. The properties are sold as they are and without any warranties. A deposit of 10 % will be paid in cash after an approved money laundering check one week after the auction.
