Grey has advised the investment company SACPT2 in connection with its establishment and investment in Myrspoven AB. Myrspoven AB has now received an investment amounting to SEK 54 million from SACPT2 and other investors (through capital injections and warrants).
SACPT2 is an investment company founded in 2021 and its business is to invest in companies primarily in the technology industry.
Myrspoven offers software that integrates with existing control systems and reads data. The models then learn how the building should run to achieve the best indoor climate at the lowest cost.
