Grey has advised Rosemed Holding in connection with the acquisition of 35% of the shares in Evolan Pharma AB from its founders and has also advised Rosemed Holding on issues involving shareholders’ agreement and other matters.
Evolan Pharma is active within the sale of pharmaceuticals and natural pharmaceuticals. The seller was advised by Advokatfirman Cederquist.
