Mälarum Fastigheter has agreed to divest its two real properties Ackumulatorn 2 and 8 in Långeberga, Helsingborg, to Corem. The properties total approximately 20,100 square meters of leasable area, mainly consisting of terminal and storage.

The transaction was made through a company transfer and the underlying property value is approximately SEK 275 million and completion will occur on 20 December 2016.
