Grey has advised Stiftelsen Centralfonden för anställda inom skogsbruket och skogsindustrin in connection with the sale of three properties situated in the Golden Mile in Marbella, Spain, to Quartiers Proberties AB (publ). The purchase price amounts to EUR 13.5 million.
Stiftelsen Centralfonden is a Swedish foundation that manages funds originating from Swedish forest industry. The foundation is under the supervision of the Swedish government and is administered jointly by the employer association and labor unions within the Swedish forest industry.
