Grey has advised Bas Invest AB in connection with the acquisition of a majority shareholding in the software company Momentum Software AB and its subsidiary Momentum Fastighetssystem AB, from the founder and the previous owner Bengt Östling and a number of minority shareholders. Bengt Östling will however retain a shareholding together with Bas Invest AB and a number of employees within the group.
Momentum was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Falun. The business mainly consists of providing the property management system Momentum PM, which is a modern and comprehensive web based IT system for real estate companies among others, and Momentum RC which is an energy and environmental monitoring system where the customers can monitor and analyze energy consumption, costs and environmental impact.
